COST OF SESSIONS

Minimum session time is 2 hours

Session time can be extended by agreement with the administrator.

Price includes:

• number of visitors - 6 people
• use - sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, relaxation room with TV, billiards

Booking a session is possible only after prepayment of at least 50% of the total amount of the booked services.

A refund of the deposit is possible upon prior cancellation of the order, but no later than 1 day before the actual date of the booked services.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS:

• -10% - when booking a room at the Lekko Hotel
• -15% - on birthday (valid for 5 days after birthday)

Discounts do not apply to 12- and 24-hour sessions, as well as additional services.Discounts cannot be combined.

To book a session, an advance payment of at least 50% of the cost of the booked wellness center services is required. Payment is made directly to the hotel's cash desk or using the Mobile Banking application.

That is, you can pay for services not only in cash or by credit card at the reception and accommodation service, but also by making a money transfer using the sent hotel details.

How does it work?

1. The details of the hotel or the QR code for transferring funds are sent by the staff of the accommodation service to the guest upon request.
2. When making a transfer, the guest writes the purpose of the payment in the comments: “ADVANCE and date of the event”, for example:
   "ADVANCE 25.12.2025"
3. Next, the guest sends an electronic check for a successful payment to the hotel accommodation service.
4. On the day the money is received on the hotel's current account, a check for payment for services can be received personally from the manager of the reception and accommodation service or by e-mail.
